Ken Nadolski headshot

Ken Nadolski (he/him), Director of Philanthropy, leads initiatives to grow support for the National Center for Youth Law’s critical work improving the lives of children and youth.

Ken has more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Before joining NCYL, he was Chief Philanthropy Officer at ioby, where he led all fundraising programs and served on the senior management team. His previous experience includes raising support and building partnerships at Columbia University, managing giving programs at People For the American Way, and working on grassroots fundraising strategy and community participation with local groups. Ken has also collaborated on health projects as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Malawi and has partnered with LGBTQ groups in China to build programming to advance their missions. He holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University with a focus on urbanism and the built environment and the social determinants of health. He also studied political science and history at the University of Michigan.

Ken lives in New York and enjoys cooking, theater, and traveling with his husband.
